Content you submit to Sheetlane, including spreadsheets, rows, columns, prompts, uploaded files, context documents, templates, workflow configurations, execution logs, and other content created or imported by you or your workspace.

Sheetlane uses AI models and related infrastructure to provide features such as sheet generation, row enrichment, rewriting, classification, summarization, image generation, chat, and insights. Content you provide may be sent to AI providers or infrastructure providers as necessary to process your request. We use reasonable controls designed to limit processing to providing the service and improving reliability, unless otherwise stated in your plan or agreement.

4. Third-party integrations

When you connect an integration, Sheetlane may access and process information from that third-party service based on the permissions you grant. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect the account and process the data through Sheetlane.

You can disconnect integrations from your settings. Disconnecting an integration may stop future access but may not delete data already processed into your Sheetlane workspace.

Workspace owners may request deletion subject to account settings, plan limits, legal requirements, backups, and technical constraints.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and managing workspace access carefully.
